All orders are sent via Royal Mail (UK shipping only).

 

Standard delivery (7-10 days) - £1.99

1st Class delivery (3-5 days) - £3.99

Tracked 24 with signature (1-2 days) - £5.99

During particularly busy times, deliveries may take longer than expected. We do try to post updates when this is the case & you can also check the Royal Mail website for information on current delays.

Refunds & Returns Policy

​

We respect your statutory rights to a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods, provided they are returned unopened and unused within this time and purchased directly online from Pureganics. If you receive an item which is damaged or if there is a problem with the product, please email us at pureganics@outlook.com with your order number, description of the issue and a photograph. Please check the ingredients before purchasing our products, which are all available on the product pages on our website.

Orders that have been returned by Royal Mail for the following reasons:

​

  • orders that have not been collected

  • refused delivery

  • have an incorrect delivery address

​

will be refunded when returned minus the original shipping cost.

​

Refunds can take up to 7 days to process and show in your account.

​

If you have any queries regarding your order please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it.

Please note that we do not accept refunds and returns due to skin allergies, change of mind or unsuitability. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

 

 

Delivery

 

Delivery addresses are entered by the customer, we accept no responsibility for this if entered incorrectly. If the wrong address is entered and the parcel is delivered, we cannot resend the parcel. If the parcel is returned back to us we can resend the parcel at the customers cost.

Allergic Reaction Policy

​

As all skin is different and some of our products, although 100% natural, do contain allergens, therefore reactions are possible which is not due to the product but the individual.

​

Always do a patch test and wait 24 hours, if an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice. All of the ingredients are on the product page, read them carefully to make sure you don’t have a known allergy to a specific ingredient. We do not recommend products containing essential oils for pregnancy or lactating.

 

Although every effort is made to ensure all information is correct, we cannot be held liable in circumstances where it is incorrect.
